What differentiates you from other Personal Trainers?

The team at Pelvic Pro are all CHEK ITP’s. This means that as well as having a deep understanding of functional anatomy and a unique library of assessments, we take a holistic approach to exercise prescription.

Before embarking on your health journey, our team seeks to understand and support your individual needs and desires, as well as your current physiological condition. This is because exercise is like a drug; given in the right quantities at the right time, it can help a person. In the wrong quantities at the wrong time it can hurt the same person. 

The CHEK methodology incorporates an intuitive approach to diet and lifestyle management into a framework that goes far beyond the “one-program-fits-all” mindset.

How long do we work with you?

Our 1 on 1 packages start with a 12 week (90 day) commitment from you. This is because it takes time for changes to be implemented, and often even longer for results to be seen. 

What happens if I miss an appointment?

We understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you’re simply unable to attend your appointment in person, an online coaching session can be arranged. 

Please note that as part of our 1 on 1 service we have a no-refund policy for cancellations. However, we do allow changes to the booking with 48 hours notice. If you need to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time to avoid missing out on your appointment. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
