Is a Core Trainer included in the workshop booking fee?

YES! Not only will you get all the info and assessments, you'll also get your very own Core Trainer as part of the workshop.

I already have a Core Trainer, do I still pay full price?

NO! If you already have a Core Trainer, fantastic! Simply enter the coupon that was provided in your REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION and receive a discounted rate.

I'm post postpartum, am I OK to come along?

Yes — this workshop is education based and includes 4 functional core assessments. If you are at least 8 weeks postpartum and your health provider has cleared you for exercise, the this would be a great way to support your postpartum recovery!

I have chronic back pain, should I come along?

This workshop is education based with 4 functional core assessments. Pain can often shut down proper activation of the core. However, doing the assessments, learning the protocols, and starting with gentle use of Core Trainer can complement rehabilitation or movement training by helping to retrain the nervous system to engage deep core stabilisers, eventually leading to better stability of the spine and may help to reduce pain over time and restore confidence in your natural movement.

NOTE the Core Trainer cannot diagnose or treat medical conditions. Always consult your health professional first.

Can I use this with my current exercise routine?

Yes — Activating and strengthening your deep core stabilisers is a great way to end any exercise session that you may be already doing e.g. after a gym session, yoga class, bike ride etc.
