Returns & Refund Policy

At PelvicPro, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.

If your PelvicPro Core Trainer or any other item arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing defect within 12 months, we will repair, replace or refund it in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act (CGA).

Faulty or defective items

If your product is damaged, defective, or not functioning as expected, please notify us at hello@pelvic-pro.com within 7 days of receiving it.

We’ll request photos/videos to speed up the process and will arrange a repair or replacement as required by law.

Change of mind

We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect ordering, or personal preference, including reasons such as fit, feel, colour, or results.

Hygiene & safety

Because the Core Trainer is a personal health device, any item that has been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons unless it is faulty under the CGA.

Shipping costs

If an item is being returned due to a confirmed fault, PelvicPro will cover the return shipping costs.
If the item is not faulty, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

How to request a return

Email hello@pelvic-pro.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos/video of the issue

  • A brief description of the fault

We’ll take it from there.
