We aim to get your PelvicPro Core Trainer to you as quickly and safely as possible.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

New Zealand shipping

• Standard shipping: 2–5 business days

• Rural delivery may take additional time
  Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Australia shipping

• Standard international shipping: 5–10 business days
  Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International shipping

We ship worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on your country and customs processing.

Tracking

All orders come with tracking. You will receive tracking details via email once your order has shipped.

Lost or stolen parcels

If a parcel is delayed, lost, or stolen, we will work with our courier partners to locate it.
Once marked as “Delivered,” PelvicPro is not responsible for parcels taken from your address.

Address issues

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct.
Orders shipped to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded.
