WOOP Coaching Session

WOOP is a psychology-based coaching strategy that helps you quickly clarify your wish (goal), visualise outcomes, identify obsticles and make a plan.

WOOP method uses mental contrasting, contrast a wish with an inner obstacle and then create an “if-then” plan. Research shows that positive thinking alone won’t help you reach your goals. When we define a desired outcome, identify potential obstacles, and create plans to overcome those challenges, we increase our liklihood of success.
