PH360 Kick Start Package

If you’re a self starter who just needs to be pointed in the right direction, then this will set you up to win!

This package is designed to get you set up to achieve your health goals with support from PH360. Once we’ve clarified your goals, we’ll start by understanding your HealthType using PH360 and show you how to use PH360 and the Shae App to optimise your health and wellbeing.

You’ll then have 2 follow up WOOP sessions with us to help you navigate your challenges and turn them into opportunities for personal growth and change!

You’ll have a full year’s access to PH360 and the Shae App, allowing you to refine your lifestyle and nutrition through the seasons. You’ll also have access to monthly group coaching sessions to help you stay on track and in the zone!


Regardless of whether you’re just starting your health journey, or you have reached a point where you feel you need professional guidance, our Private Coaching packages provide a more hands on approach with regular appointments to keep you on track and making the right moves. 

Following your initial consultation and assessment, you can save 10% on your regular appointments with our Private Coaching Package.

Depending on your determination and objectives, you can choose regular weekly, or fortnightly appointments.

You have 7 months from the date of purchase to use your appointments.

Small Group Coaching

We offer a range of group coaching services.

Our Core Connection Class is our signature program designed to help mum’s RECONNECT with their body, begin to REBUILD their strength and confidence, and REFINE movements and lifestyle elements. Particularly useful immediately following the 4th Trimester (12 weeks postpartum), this program is great for mothers of all ages, especially when returning to exercise.

We also host events designed to improve your movement patterns, core strength and your overall lifestyle habits.

10 Week PH360 Challenge

Are you ready to jump right in an make radical change to improve your health with a group of like-minded individuals?

Our 10 Week PH360 Challenge will show you exactly how to make the right choices based on your individual biology!

 This is a powerful and cost effective way to really understand and support your body in ways you never thought possible!
